Carlo (Ph.D. at City, University London) is an international commercial lawyer with both civil and common law background having spent part of his trainee period at mayor London law firms and P&I Club.
Carlo holds a LL.M with distinction in International Commercial Law, a MA Cum Laude in International Relations and a LL.B in Law. He specializes in the areas of Maritime Law, Marine Insurance, Transport Law, Air Law, Energy Law, Shipping Finance and International Relations.
He is an active member of the London Universities Maritime Law and Policy Research Group (LUMLP), the International Commercial & Transport Law Group, and the Cross-Border Corporate Insolvency and Commercial Law Research Group (CI&CL).
He is the author of academic articles and he has been invited as a speaker at several international conferences. Carlo currently holds the position of Teaching and Research fellow at University of Naples Parthenope, and has been Assistant Lecturer in Shipping Finance and Electronic Commerce at University of Westminster London.
