Mauricio Inostroza Sáez is a Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Concepción, Chile.
He obtained his Law degree from the University of Concepción in 2005, and was awarded the degrees of Master in Private Law (2011) and Ph. D. (2017) by the University Carlos III of Madrid.
Mauricio is a lawyer admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Chile in 2007. He has practiced Law in Chile for seven years in the field of Commercial Law.
Professor Inostroza has published several articles in Law reviews from Chile, Venezuela, Brazil and USA in the fields of bankruptcy, unfair competition and contract law. He has also carried out research into the same topics in UNIDROIT, at the University of Rome I “La Sapienza” [Italy], and at the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade [USA], where he is currently a Commercial Law Consultant.
