Alfonso is a Ph.D. student in the Faculty of Laws at University College London. His research compares the corporate insolvency laws of the U.K., U.S. and Canada, with particular emphasis on the outcomes of asset sale procedures in restructuring.
He has published a number of articles and spoken at academic conferences on insolvency law in Canada and internationally.
